                                                                               P5

For this magazine all work is sourced from me except badges and fonts all images and work is my own. I based my work off of Doncaster Rovers match day programs and arsenals programs in 2019. I. think I have made a clear piece of work that fits the criteria to a match day magazine for Doncaster Rovers.

These are the logos I imported and based my work around. I decided that the match at hand was going to be the focal point of my magazine as I was trying to replicate what an official magazine would look like.

These logos were made by me and I based each on a real company/business'. My top bets logo is based on bet 365 as I have used the same colour scheme and placement. I also made my own DUTC logo and club Doncaster logo which are a twist on the original logos. These sponsors closely represent the sponsors Doncaster Rovers would use on the magazine.

made the borders on this suit the colour scheme and keep it sleek and simple.

This is how i made it i added a stroke of 2pt and a 4.233 corner

I added this info piece to show fans everything they need to know on the cover such as the game, the tournament, time of kickoff and the price of the magazine. i made the background grey to stand out against everything else.

Strengths and weaknesses

In my magazine there are features that were implemented that worked well and suited the target audience however there are several things that i would've added. On my front page I included logos that i made myself based on real companies that would typically sponsor a football team. These logos made the magazine look much more professional and realistic to be an actual official matchday magazine. In my two page spread i included an in depth interview with the manager that i made myself including both the questions and the answers. On the front page i also included a graphic with a quote from the interview therefor pulling viewers to that interview which was located at the back of the magazine. On the front page i wanted to have an opaque image of the stadium with a red tint however i didn't have the skills to do this so I went with the image of the stadium placed at the side of the front page. In conclusion i believe the logos fonts and colour scheme suited what i wanted to portray and also tailored to the target audience of football fans.
